University Of Montevallo Jazz Ensemble
Directed by Dr Joe Ardovino, the UM Jazz Ensemble is a modern day big band comprised of music majors and non-majors from the University of Montevallo’s student population. The group performs a wide variety of styles in jazz from Dixieland to contemporary jazz. The UM Jazz Ensemble has been featured at the Cullman Jazz Festival and at the Alabama State Jazz Festival.
